1. Nature of Directory Service

DrDirectory.pk operates as an informational aggregator and indexing portal for medical professionals, public tertiary hospitals, diagnostic facilities, and pharmaceutical data across the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. DrDirectory.pk is NOT a medical care facility, licensed hospital, or registered pharmacy. We do not provide direct doctor-patient clinical consultations.

2. Independent Doctor Verification

While DrDirectory.pk endeavors to verify the credentials and Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) registration numbers of listed doctors, users acknowledge that doctors and clinics are independent practitioners. Users are strongly advised to independently verify clinic operational timings, consultation fees, and credentials before seeking treatment.

3. RxRead AI Tool & Disclaimers

The RxRead AI module is an assistive digital optical reader designed to aid user comprehension. Machine-interpreted readings of handwritten prescriptions must NEVER be used to initiate, alter, or terminate pharmaceutical treatment without direct consultation with a licensed doctor or pharmacist.

4. User Conduct & Add Doctor Submissions

Physicians or authorized medical representatives submitting profile listings via the "Add Doctor" feature warrant that all information provided—including PMDC license number, qualifications, and clinic locations—is accurate, current, and non-deceptive.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DrDirectory.pk, its editors, or affiliates be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the information on this website, medical outcomes, or actions taken based on directory content.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lahore / Islamabad, Pakistan.
