1. Nature of the Service

Drdirectory.pk is an independent healthcare information and directory platform. Our service connects patients with publicly available, verified information regarding PMDC-registered doctors, government hospitals, tertiary trauma centers, and medical guides across Pakistan. Drdirectory.pk does NOT employ doctors, provide direct clinical consultations, or operate emergency dispatch centers.

2. Medical Directory Accuracy & Doctor Profiles

While we make every reasonable effort to verify registration numbers with the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) / Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC), clinic timings, and consultation fees, doctor schedules and fees may change without prior notice. Patients are strongly advised to call clinic phone numbers listed in our directory to confirm appointment availability before traveling.

3. Non-Commercial Public Directory

Access to Drdirectory.pk is 100% free for all patients and citizens of Pakistan. We do not charge convenience fees, booking fees, or hidden patient surcharges. Doctors and hospital administrators who wish to update their professional details may do so free of charge by contacting our verification team.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The compilation, organization, design, original clinical articles, custom calculators, and software on Drdirectory.pk are the intellectual property of Drdirectory.pk and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws. Unauthorized scraping, bulk harvesting, or automated reproduction of directory profiles for commercial sale is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Drdirectory.pk, its editors, medical advisors, or operating staff be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, reliance upon, or use of the website's directory, health articles, or prescription reader tool.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
